2008 National Client Satisfaction Survey
As part of Passport Canada's strategy to provide quality service to Canadians, we regularly solicit client feedback to help us better understand how we are doing and how we can improve.
Passport Canada has commissioned the Environics Research Group to gather that feedback through a telephone survey, to be conducted over the next few weeks, with a representative sample of clients that received their passport between September 2008 and December 2008.
The survey is registered with the Marketing Research and Intelligence Association (MRIA).
